About the apartment

Our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Apartments range from 914 - 1,161 square feet, every well-lit custom apartment is fully loaded with in-unit washers and dryers, central heating/cooling, a private balcony, and even recessed lighting.
When you walk in the front door you will immediately recognize the open floor concept with large living spaces and U-Shaped kitchens. The durable laminate flooring wraps around the entire apartment perfectly accented by light Swiss paint, tiled shower walls, and white shaker cabinets.

Despite plentiful storage, all floor plans have additional large storage rooms adjacent to the balconies or in the garage!
Some floor plans even feature partial coastline and sunset views. The Lauretta Landing community provides the utmost comfort with parking spaces available to rent, communal outdoor spaces, pin code entry, and even a street-front lobby.
